In July 2026, Prestige Group disclosed a strategic partnership / stock-exchange filing confirming a new residential-plus-retail township project at Kolshet–Balkum Road, Thane West, Maharashtra 400607. The project spans approximately 14.5–14.6 acres with a development potential of 5 million+ sq ft, and an estimated gross development value (GDV) of around ₹6,000 crore.
These figures come from the confirmed disclosure; project-level details such as pricing, possession and RERA registration are still pending.
"Pre-launch" means the project has been publicly announced but has not yet opened formal sales with an official price list, floor plans or a MahaRERA number.
