Search the portal yourself for the project and the promoter, and check the registration number and validity.
Read the commencement certificate and the approved plan sanctioned by the Thane Municipal Corporation.
Ask for the title certificate and the development agreement before proceeding.
Insist that carpet area, parking, floor, possession date and amenity delivery schedule all appear in the agreement for sale.
Check the payment plan against construction linkage before committing funds.
Get the maintenance projection, corpus deposit and club membership charge in writing before booking.
