Rather than a single tower, Prestige Kolshet is structured as a residential-plus-retail podium township across approximately 14.5-14.6 acres on Kolshet–Balkum Road, Thane West. This format typically allows for shared amenities, internal green spaces and a phased construction approach across multiple buildings.
2, 3 and 4 BHK configurations are currently proposed, giving the development a reasonably broad target audience — from smaller nuclear families to larger households wanting more space.
